Greetings! Today on our desk, we have Roborock’s Q Revo Master series. We experienced this product and discussed its pros and cons in the most natural way.

Why Do We Need a Robot Vacuum Cleaner?

The answer is actually very simple: a helper that doesn’t require physical strength. Having a hand that constantly keeps your home clean in the background while you’re out or busy with work is a great convenience. Unlike classic vacuum cleaners, this device saves you weeks; because you don’t have to bother cleaning every day.

10,000 Pascal Suction Power and Smart Brush System

The device has a whopping 10,000 Pascal suction power, which is truly a serious figure. The moment it detects it’s on a carpet, it increases its power. But one of our favorite features was the scissor system in its brush. When hair or thread gets tangled, it cuts and shreds them with its scissors and draws them directly into the dustbin. This means the hassle of cleaning that brush becomes a thing of the past.

    A “Self-Sufficient” Station

This device not only vacuums but also mops. When its mop pads get dirty, it goes to the station to wash them, then returns to continue cleaning. Once finished, it dries the mop pads to prevent unpleasant odors from forming in the house. The dust bag can last you up to 7 weeks, depending on the conditions in your home.

Did We Get Jinxed? (Technical Details and Cons)

Of course, not everything is perfect; during our shoot, our phone ran out of battery, and the internet went down, but we didn’t give up on testing the device! Here are some of the drawbacks we observed:

    • Lidar Tower: The head unit on the device is a bit high. Because of this, it couldn’t fit under some low furniture. We wished that tower was a model that could retract.
    • Language Issue: The machine can speak Turkish (like “I’m going to wash the mop”), but if you want to give it voice commands, it only understands English (“Hello Rocky”).
    • Station Finding: If you leave its sensors dusty, it can be reluctant to find the charging station. The more care you give it, the better it serves you.

Not Just a Vacuum, but Also a Security Camera

Thanks to the camera on the front of the device, we can connect to our home and monitor the surroundings even when we’re away (for example, if we go on vacation to Antalya). We can even talk to someone at home via the app. It’s also great for duplex homes; it perfectly maps both the downstairs and upstairs and doesn’t fall down the stairs.

In conclusion; we bought this product for our 70-year-old grandmother, and our current experience is quite positive. Although the black color is inexplicably a bit more expensive in the Turkish market, it certainly makes life easier with the technology it offers.

If you have anything you’re curious about, let’s meet in the comments; we read all of them!
